Buddy Blair

Serving and protecting others has been a way of life for Buddy Blair during his 30-year-law-enforcement career. Buddy has served in various positions including command staff, investigative units, and as an undercover operative throughout the United States. His last twenty-three years were served as a Task Force Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. His training credentials have been provided by the Department of Criminal Justice Training Academy, Federal Bureau of Investigation, U.S. Military, Homeland Security, and former SWAT operatives.

John Blanton
Senior VP/COO

John Blanton brings over 22 years of law enforcement and arson investigative experience to the L4 team. During his law enforcement career, John served as a patrol unit and Special Operations/SWAT team member. He transferred to the Lexington Metro Fire Department as a firefighter/paramedic– with the last ten years of his career serving on the Arson/Explosives Investigative Unit. He has extensive training and experience in explosives, post-blast, internal affairs, and homeland security techniques.
