Phil develops and manages business in the Ohio Valley Region (KY, IN, OH) out of Louisville, KY. His background includes serving 22 years as a full-time police officer at the Oldham County Sheriff’s Department and LaGrange Police Department. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky (BA), the University of Louisville Graduate School of Business (MBA – New Venture Development) and the Kentucky Academy for Police Supervision at DOCJT.

During his law enforcement career, he strove for excellence in protecting and serving the public, improving professional protective services by the innovative application of best practices from both the public and private sectors and empowering his peers and the public to better protect themselves.

He has a wide range of experience in investigative, patrol, crisis intervention, crime prevention, and mitigation. Phil is primarily responsible for the administration of the national contracts and management of posts not currently incorporated into an existing region.
