With 35 years of experience in law enforcement and safety, Blair’s training approach is comprehensive and hands-on. As a retired Kentucky State Police Trooper who was a full-time SWAT member, he took part in over 650 operational deployments and missions. Through his 13 years as a Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training Academy Instructor, he prepared law enforcement officers in active shooter response and rapid deployment techniques. In addition, he’s performed over 100 school security site assessments. Blair’s experience speaks volumes about his mission and commitment to educate others in preparedness, prevention, and response.
