As a previous client of L4’s, it was an easy decision for Vicki Blair to come aboard as the Director of Human Resources for L4 Security Group. She has over 35 experience in the field of human resources—most recently as the Director of Human Resources for a large Federal BPO while also serving as the corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO).

She was responsible for directing a team that totaled over 100 human resources, security specialists, and training members that supported over 5,000 employees. This team recruited, hired, credentialed, and trained thousands of employees through the federal credentialing process, and she credits L4 Security with helping to reduce time and the cost of pre-employment screenings while improving the candidates’ overall experience.

Vicki graduated with her B.S. from the University of the Cumberlands and received the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification through HRCI among other certifications and trainings. As the FSO, Vicki received accolades for the company’s ability to federally credential employees through the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processes (e-QIP). She aided other partner companies in developing their credentialing processes and continues to assist federal contractors and subcontractors through consulting as part of L4’s services.

Vicki has assisted her community and profession by serving on several boards of directors including most recently serving as a board member for organizations that assist the elderly. She is a published author with three novels under her belt as well as a public motivational speaker. She enjoys being “Nonna” to her eight grandchildren.
